Vigil · testing the AI inside your product

Your product has a chatbot in it now. Unit tests can't see inside it.

Vigil is the part of Sahasa.AI built for the summarisers, copilots and agents your team ships. It runs evaluations and red-team suites on every prompt or model change, and each result says whether it actually ran.

Why it matters

AI features change without anyone touching the code.

Example · drift

A provider revises its model overnight. Your support agent starts refusing billing questions twice as often, and no test fails, because nothing in your repository changed.

Example · injection

A customer uploads an invoice with an instruction hidden in the notes field. Your refund agent follows it. A unit test can't catch this, because the attack isn't in the code.

What it costs you

Support costs creep up, brand and compliance exposure grows, and the AI bill moves without a forecast. Vigil puts these features on the same release gate as the rest of your software.

What Vigil does today

Ten capabilities, all generally available. Each result carries the same labels as the rest of the platform, so an eval that didn't run shows as N/A, not as a pass.

01 · Evaluations

Golden datasets, scored answers, agents followed to the end.

Build a dataset from real traffic or write one. Every response is scored by an LLM judge you can inspect and override. For agents, Vigil follows the whole run: the right tools, in the right order, and whether the task got done.

  • Versioned with your promptsDatasets and experiments sit next to the prompt they test.
  • Agentic and conversationalSingle replies, multi-turn conversations and full agent runs are all evaluated.
  • Regression on every changePrompt, model or tool change, the suite runs again.
  • Humans where the judge isn't enoughAnnotation queues for the cases a judge can't settle, and the human score is kept with the run.

02 · Red teaming

Injection and leakage, tested like any other regression.

Attacks are generated against your actual system prompt and tools, so the results describe your feature, not the model in general. Each run probes, escalates and then confirms, and a finding comes with the exact prompt that got through.

  • Runs on every releaseNot a one-off exercise before launch.
  • Mapped to the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applicationsSo security can file it where it belongs.

03 · In production

Traced, tested and costed, per feature.

Instrument with our SDK, OpenTelemetry, or the adapters for LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Bedrock and OpenAI. Every call is traced, quality is tracked over time, each response is checked for PII and toxicity, and FinOps shows what every feature costs to run.

  • A/B testingPrompts, models and versions compared on the same cases before a change ships.
  • Prompt optimisationSuggested prompt changes, scored against your eval set, so you adopt the ones that measurably help.
  • FinOpsCost per feature, per model and per case, next to quality, so a better score that costs 62% more is visible.
  • Drift alertsA standalone alert when a quality, safety or cost metric leaves its expected range, even with no prompt change.
  • Prompt playgroundTry a prompt against real cases, scored by the same judges as CI.

Next step

Bring one repository.

We'll walk you through Sahasa.AI on a sample project and talk through how it would fit your stack. If it looks useful, we can scope a pilot together.

Or write to [email protected].
  1. 01
A short call. Your stack, your frameworks, and where quality hurts today.
  2. 02
A demo. The platform on a sample project, and how it would connect to your tools.
  3. 03
A pilot, if it fits. Scoped with you around one service.
